Kid-Approved Green Smoothies

Green smoothies are an excellent way to get some greens into your day. Breakfast or refreshing snack, the frozen bananas make it perfectly creamy and naturally sweet. Thoroughly trialed and given the tick of approval by some of our taste-tester kids, we’re a bit smug about this one.

Ingredients

Garden green

1 frozen banana

1 pear – core removed and cut into chunks

4 cm piece cucumber – skin removed

1/2 avocado

2 cups cold water

1 large handful baby spinach leaves

Handful ice

Tropical morning

1 frozen banana

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (could also use mango)

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup cold water

1 large handful baby spinach leaves

Handful ice

Creamy green

1 frozen banana

1 ½ cups All Good Original Oat Milk

½ cup greek yoghurt

1 tablespoon chia seeds

½ teaspoon vanilla essence

Pinch cinnamon

1 large handful baby spinach leaves

Handful ice

Method

Blend until very smooth and add extra water if needed to reduce thickness. Yep, that easy.
