Traffic Light Smoothie

A fresh smoothie that tastes as good as it looks!

Ingredients  

Purple Layer (Blueberry)
6 slices of frozen All Good Banana
Small handful frozen blueberries
1-3 Tablespoons All Good Original Oat Milk

Yellow Layer (Banana)
8 slices of frozen All Good Banana
Dash of turmeric (optional)
Small squeeze of runny honey
1-3 Tablespoons All Good Original Oat Milk


Pink Layer (Strawberry)
6 slices of frozen All Good Banana
Small handful frozen strawberries
1-3 Tablespoons All Good Original Oat Milk

 

Method 

Notes: Remember to clean the blender after finishing each layer so as to not blend colours.

Prepare Purple Layer. Place frozen All Good banana, frozen blueberries and 1 Tablespoon All Good Oat Milk in the blender. Whizz slightly, then add more Oat Milk as required. Use a scraper to scrape frozen fruit from the sides as you go. You want a ‘sorbet’ like consistency. Not too runny! Once desired consistency is reached, spoon
purple layer into base of your smoothie glass.

Prepare Yellow Layer. Place frozen All Good banana, turmeric (if using), honey and 1 Tablespoon All Good Oat Milk in the blender. Whizz slightly, then add more Oat Milk as required. Like previously, use a scraper to scrape frozen fruit from the sides as you go. Once complete, spoon purple layer on top of the purple layer in the smoothie glass.


Prepare Pink Layer. Place frozen All Good banana, frozen strawberries and 1 Tablespoon All Good Oat Milk in the Blender. Whizz slightly, then add more Oat Milk
as required. Spoon pink layer onto the top of the yellow layer.

Voila!
